A plan is the foundation of your project or campaign—every communication sits within a plan.
To create a new plan, simply click “Create New Plan”, choose a plan colour, and fill in key details like name, business area, team members, and dates. Selecting the right business area ensures the correct users, channels, and audiences are linked.
You can also add objectives, key messages, budget, files, and tags to provide more context. Plans can be set as confidential, hidden from the main calendar, or marked as ongoing if no end date is known.
Once saved, plans can be edited, duplicated, archived, or cancelled as needed. If you're an admin, you can also star a plan to keep it pinned at the top of the calendar for all users.
